Adams Homes Announces the 2021 Year - Overall Winners

Each year, we recognize our outstanding team members for their dedication to our mission and values. Nominations for the Founders Club recognize individuals team members’ passion for customer service and quality. We are proud to announce the following 2021 YEAR winners!
Here are our 2021 overall winners.
Corporate Admin. Team Member of YEAR: Shelley Sepulveda, HQ
Since 2002, Shelley Sepulveda has exemplified dedication and hard work here at Adams Homes. She caters to everyone around her with a joyous personality and high morale.
These great traits keep her team’s confidence and diligence at a high level. Because of this, she has been named one of Founder's Club Year End Winners of 2021.
Shelley was also our nominee for Founders Club in Q2 of 2021! She is the epitome of administrative assistance here at Adams Homes. Her manager, Brian Stringfellow says, “She is willing and ready to help anyone at any time, with a smile that is infectious.” Shelley is known as the “go-to” person for all questions and issues needing immediate action.
Your great attitude and selflessness do not go unnoticed, we appreciate everything you do. Congrats, Shelley!
Division Admin Team Member of the YEAR: Vanessa Robinson, Greenville
Vanessa has been with Adams Homes since 2011 and her manager describes her as “Always having a positive outlook and positive attitude.” He states, “She 100% deserves this award.” Because of her dedication and hard work she has been named one of our Founder's Club Year End Winners of 2021.
Vanessa was nominated for Founders Club in Q1 of 2021. She is a very valuable asset to our Greenville team and just celebrated her 10 year anniversary with Adams Homes! Not only is she taking on the responsibility of office administration, but she also works warranty and permitting. From communication to the accuracy of her work, there’s not much Vanessa can’t do.

Production Manager of YEAR: Robert Nesselrotte, South Atlanta
To recognize Robert's great commitment and hard work ethic, he has been named one of our Founder's Club Year End Winners of 2021.
Robert, has been with Adams Homes for about 4 years. He started out as a superintendent and was promoted to Production Manager after just 2.5 years! He is a valued leader for Adams Homes in the South Atlanta Division.
As builder and now as manager, Robert’s manager stated, “He has consistently worked hard and demonstrated a strong commitment to building quality homes. He has led the construction team with an infectious “can do” attitude of overcoming obstacles and exceeding goals. He leads with a concept of training, support and team work. Robert’s leadership contribution to SATL is priceless.” The “Founders Club” accolade is well deserved.

Sales Manager of YEAR: April White, MS Gulf Coast
April has led her Sales team in our Mississippi Gulf Coast Division and has been with Adams Homes since 2017 where she has worked her way from being an agent to broker, to now Sales Manager. Because of her leadership, she has been named Founder's Club Year End Winners of 2021.
This is not the first time April has been nominated for the Founders Club, she was also a winner in 2020 and our Q3 winner of 2021! She is not only known for doing a great job of working with team members through the pipeline, but working well with the staff here and her great communication with her team.
April’s General Manager Sandy Richardson describes April as “an amazing, professional leader” and says she is always there for her team. When asked about April she said, “She takes a lot of pride in the quality of our homes and the service we give our buyers before and after the sale.”

Superintendent of YEAR: Clint Barber, Crestview
Clint is currently a Superintendent in our Crestview Division and has been named one of the Founder's Club Year End Winners of 2021.
This is not the first time Clint has been nominated for the Founders Club, he was also a winner in 2017 and our Q4 winner of 2021! Clint has been with Adams Homes for almost 12 years and in his time here, has done very commendable work. Clint does a great job at handling whatever is thrown his way and always steps in to help without even being asked.
His manager stated, “Clint is one of the best superintendents I have had the privilege to work with in my 21 years at this company. He really strives every day to do his job and help others.” We appreciate you Clint, congrats!
Sales Associate of the YEAR: Liza Trinidad, Orlando
To recognize Liza’s great leadership at Adams Homes, she has been named a Founder's Club Year End Winner for 2021.
Liza has displayed her amazing attitude since she started at Adams Homes in 2017 and she was our Q4 winner of 2021! She has always been goal oriented and done an exceptional job of meeting her goals every year. She has contributed to so many of our customers finding their dream home in our Orlando division and is always going above and beyond for her team, and her clients.
“Liza has been exceeding all of her personal goals as well as the goals we set for her. She is such an asset to our team” the Sales Manager of Orlando, Sue Dovales writes. Liza’s coworkers also talk about how she is also always open to learning new things and grow, which is just one of the reasons she has been so successful.
