Adams Homes Announces 4th Quarter Founders Club winners for 2021

Each quarter, we recognize our outstanding team members for their dedication to our mission and values. Nominations for the Founders Club recognize individuals team members’ passion for customer service and quality. We are proud to announce the following!

Sales Associate of the fourth Quarter: Liza Trinidad, Orlando 

Liza has displayed her amazing attitude since she started at Adams Homes in 2017. She has always been goal oriented and done an exceptional job of meeting her goals every year. She has contributed to so many of our customers finding their dream home in our Orlando division and is always going above and beyond for her team, and her clients.

“Liza has been exceeding all of her personal goals as well as the goals we set for her. She is such an asset to our team” the Sales Manager of Orlando, Sue Dovales writes. Liza’s coworkers also talk about how she is also always open to learning new things and grow, which is just one of the reasons she has been so successful.  

To recognize her great leadership at Adams Homes, she has been named a Founder's Club Winner for Q4 of 2021. We appreciate all you do Liza, congrats!

Superintendent of the fourth Quarter: Clint Barber, Crestview  

This is not the first time Clint has been nominated for the Founders Club, he was also a winner in 2017! Clint has been with Adams Homes for almost 12 years and in his time here, has done very commendable work. Clint does a great job at handling whatever is thrown his way and always steps in to help without even being asked.

His manager stated, “Clint is one of the best superintendents I have had the privilege to work with in my 21 years at this company. He really strives every day to do his job and help others.”

Clint is currently a Superintendent in our Crestview Division and has been named one of the Founder's Club Winners for Q4 of 2021. We appreciate you, congrats!

Sales Manager of the fourth Quarter: Dan Dubose, Crestview 

Dan has been with Adams Homes for over 9 years and in that time here, has always gone above and beyond to motivate and support his sales team. Dan is highly organized and has used his skills to develop processes that ensure accuracy in his work.  

The Crestview general manager Chad Willard says, “He is a valued member of a team and I can’t say enough good things about him.” He also made note of the fact that he is, “a great comic relief when needed.”

Because of his leadership and hard work, he has been named one of the Founder's Club Winners for Q4 of 2021. Adams Homes and the Crestview team are lucky to have you Dan, congrats!

Production Manager of the fourth Quarter: Robert Nesselrotte, South Atlanta  

Robert, has been with Adams Homes for about 4 years. He started out as a superintendent and was promoted to Production Manager after just 2.5 years! He is a valued leader for Adams Homes in the South Atlanta Division.

As builder and now as manager, Robert’s manager stated, “He has consistently worked hard and demonstrated a strong commitment to building quality homes. He has led the construction team with an infectious 'can do' attitude of overcoming obstacles and exceeding goals.  He leads with a concept of training, support and team work. Robert’s leadership contribution to SATL is priceless.” She says "The Founders Club accolade is well deserved."

To recognize his great commitment and hard work ethic, he has been named a Founders Cub Winner for Q4 of 2021. Congrats, Robert!

Division Admin Team Member of the fourth Quarter: Michelle Chavarria, Charlotte

Michelle has been with Adams Homes since 2019 and this is her second time being nominated for the Founders Club! She is currently the Warranty/Permitting Coordinator in our Charlotte office, where she handles her work smoothly and efficiently. She is great about jumping at the opportunity to take on new projects and getting them done.  

“She always earns praise on surveys for her interaction with customers,” her manger says. She also talked highly of her saying “Michelle is great at her job but she also adds a great deal of fun to our office. She is always thinking of others by decorating for holidays and birthdays.”  

Congrats Michelle! We are so thankful for the dedication you have for your team, and for Adams Homes.

Corporate Admin Team Member of the fourth Quarter: Mario Routh, HQ

Mario is our Director of Estimating and Purchasing and has been a loyal part of Adams Homes since June 2007. Over the years he has gained a great deal of Adams’s knowledge and is always willing to use it to educate the team. Mario has a welcoming personality that allows team members to feel comfortable going to him for insight and expertise. He is timely and thorough in his responses and always stays calm and positive when being showered with questions.

His manager stated, “Mario is a great team player and never hesitates to share his knowledge his team. He also never misses a meeting and makes sure processes are running smoothly… he is very dedicated to his work.”

With that, he has been named as one of our Founder's Club Winners for Q4 of 2021. We appreciate Mario’s dedication to serving, educating and bettering his team. Congrats Mario!
