Adams Homes Announces 1st Quarter Founders Club Winners for 2022

Each quarter, we recognize our outstanding team members for their dedication to our mission and values. Nominations for the Founders Club recognize individual team members’ passion for customer service and quality. We are proud to announce the following!

Sales Associate of the First Quarter: Sally Kelley, Pensacola

Sally has been with Adams Homes for over 12 years and in that time here, has always exemplified what a great sales agent looks like. Sally is incredibly knowledgeable about building processes and sales processes, and buyers love her!

“She was the top-selling agent in Pensacola last year and it was a record year for her,” the Pensacola general manager Andrea DeLaCerna stated, “She was able to work through issues like supply-chain shortages, last minute changes with buyers, all while maintaining a good spirit throughout the entire process.”

Sally always has a great attitude & a willingness to go above and beyond what is asked of her. Because of these attributes, she has been named one of the Founder's Club Winners for Q1 of 2022.

Superintendent of the First Quarter: Erik Armitage, South Atlanta

Erik Armitage has been with Adams Homes for just under 3 years, but in this time has earned a reputation for being an outstanding superintendent and leader. Erik comes to work with a great attitude that positively affects everyone around him. His production manager comments, “He stays motivated throughout the building processes with any issues that arise. He helps come up with solutions to keep homes moving.”

He’s very helpful at training new employees and has repeatedly taken over and closed out subdivisions from other superintendents with little to no error.

Erik is currently a Superintendent in our South Atlanta and has been named one of the Founder's Club Winners for Q1 of 2022. We appreciate you, congrats!

Sales Manager of the First Quarter: Leslie Holsombeck, Birmingham

Leslie does a great job of working with team members through the pipeline from closing coordinators to approved lenders, she always has a great attitude. She has been with Adams Homes for over 11 years and has always represented Adams Homes so well.  She is not only goal-oriented but very driven to excel.

Her manager Andy Haynie talks highly of her eagerness and passion adding, “Leslie is the most enthusiastic person I have ever met and she directs that passion towards her work.”

With that, she has been named one of the Founder's Club Winners for Q1 of 2022.

Production Manager of the First Quarter: Jonathan McKinney, Spring Hill

Jonathan has been with Adams Homes for about 5 years and since then, has stepped up to the plate as Production Manager. He has managed the largest production machine in the company with multiple vendors, along with the largest production staff for a single office.

Jonathan’s manager notes, “He is processing nearly 1000 invoices a week and is tied in the #1 spot for ‘the best invoices and quickest responses.’ This is a tremendous task to accomplish in the current environment we are building in and is worthy of recognition.”

To recognize his great commitment and hard work ethic, he has been named a founders club winner for Q1 of 2022. Congrats, Jonathan!

Division Admin Team Member of the First Quarter: Billie Jo Bransfield, Fort Myers

Billie Jo has been with Adams Homes since 2020 she is currently the Permitting Coordinator in our Fort Myers office. Here, she handles a great deal of responsibilities with this department. She has shown incredible growth, becoming extremely knowledgeable about the entire permitting process which has made the department run seamlessly.

“Billie is willing to help others and has always had a positive attitude. She is enjoyable to work with and has given her best since she took on this demanding position,” her manager writes. “She has great potential to grow with Adams Homes!”

To recognize her great leadership within Adams Homes, she had been named one of our Founder's Club Winners for Q1 of 2022.

Corporate Admin Team Member of the First Quarter: Stephanie Wilson, HQ

Stephanie works in the Lot Acquisition Department and has been a stellar employee since she started at Adams Homes nearly 3 years ago. She has a tremendous work ethic and always has a smile! She handles her daily tasks with a level of precision that is years ahead of her work experience. While keeping track of deadlines with varying levels of importance, she is always eager to take on the next task.  

Stephanie’s manager says, “Not only is she extremely valuable because of her work, but also her personality. Stephanie’s authentic, bubbly energy is a rare gift that should be celebrated in this organization. The way she carries herself promotes innovation and a willingness to succeed within her department.”
