Adams Homes Announces 1st and 2nd Quarter Founders Club winners for 2021

Sales Associate of the First Quarter: Dana Dockery, North Atlanta
Dana Dockery has been with Adams Homes for the past 3 years and consistently performs her duties at the highest level, while handling herself professionally. Sales Manager of North Atlanta, Steve Pawlik, says, “Dana deserves to be recognized for her overall performance and dedication to Adams Homes.”
Dana always receives excellent reviews on her performance from our office administrators, co/op agents, lenders, and most importantly- from our homebuyers! Dana is always going to do what is best for our homebuyers and the company, while also generally having the highest sales volume in the North Atlanta Division.
With that, she had been named as one of our Founder's Club Winners for Q1 of 2021. We appreciate Dana’s dedication to serving homebuyers and bettering her team. Congrats Dana!
Sales Associates of the Second Quarter: Diana Shiver & Lisa Lepkofker, North Atlanta
Lisa and Diana have worked as partners since coming on board with Adams Homes and have performed at an extremely high level since day 1. They have been a strong sales team at Adams Homes since 2017, but have been best friends for years! Both of these ladies work tirelessly on their marketing plan, meeting all hours with potential buyers and successfully helping our customers find the home they are looking for.
Steve Pawlik, their sales manager, says “Their customer and lender communication are exceptional and it is reflected in their customer surveys.”
To recognize their great leadership within Adams Homes, they had been named our Founder's Club Winners for Q2 of 2021. We appreciate all you do Diana and Lisa, congrats!
Superintendent of the First Quarter: Trevor Greene, South Atlanta
This is not the first time Trevor has been nominated for the Founders Club, he was also a winner in 2017! Trevor has been with Adams Homes for nearly 5 years and in his time here, he has taken pride and ownership in his and work and communities.
He excels at overcoming obstacles and keeping the homes moving. Trevor is known for how he always shows up to work with a good attitude and how he stays focused on the big picture.
His manager stated, “Trevor is a company man who keeps Adams Homes and his fellow employees’ best interest in mind.” He is always helpful by sharing important information and his willingness to train others. Trevor is currently a Superintendent in our South Atlanta Division and has been named one of the Founder's Club Winners for Q1 of 2021.
We appreciate your hard work and the great example you set Trevor, congrats!
Superintendent of the Second Quarter: Stacey Goe, Baldwin
Stacey Goe has been with Adams Homes for just under three years, but in this time has earned a reputation for being an outstanding superintendent and leader. Stacey’s attention to detail, work ethic and communication skills are just a few reasons why she is one of our top superintendents.
“Stacey is always on the jobsites meeting with trade partners, inspectors or customers and it is not uncommon to find her working on the weekends,” Baldwin County production manager, Hunter Bell says.
Regardless of the workload she is given, she will always produce a finished product with the “WOW” factor that our buyers are looking for.
All of that being said, Stacey has been named one of the Founder's Club Winners for Q2 of 2021. Stacey, all of your hard work does not go unrecognized and we appreciate you. Congrats!
Sales Manager of the First Quarter: Lesley Melton, Memphis
Lesley Melton does a great job of working with team members through the pipeline from closing coordinators to approved lenders, she always has a great attitude. She has led her Sales team in our Memphis Division and has been with Adams Homes since 2018 where she has helped her sales team be such a success.
Memphis General Manager, Michael Rogers, says, “Lesley always keep the spirits of our sales team very high.” Lesley preaches the importance of working as a team, which has been vital in helping her team be able to achieve their goals.
Because of her leadership and success, she has been named one of the Founder's Club Winners for Q1 of 2021.

Sales Manager of the Second Quarter: Melinda Corns, Charlotte
“Melinda Corns is an asset on a daily basis. She is constantly engaged in building a better team.” her general manager, Bob Cashion, says.
Melinda works with her agents to ensure success for them, for Adams Homes, and for our homebuyers. She is always recruiting and networking, while also assuming administrative tasks and office management.
Just this year she completed obtaining her broker’s license and became the Broker responsible for the Charlotte Division! Melinda is a central figure in the success of the Charlotte Division and has been with Adams Homes since 2016.
Because of her leadership, she has been named one of the Founder's Club Winners for Q2 of 2021. Congrats Melinda! We appreciate all that you have done and continue to do for Adams Homes.
Production Manager of the First Quarter: Shannon Moore, Birmingham
Approaching his 8th year here at Adams Homes, Shannon Moore’s success can be accredited to his ability to recruit, train, and retain top-performing Superintendents and vendors. His general manager wrote, “Shannon has exceeded my expectations since he started here at Adams Homes.”
Shannon leads his Production team in our Birmingham office where he possesses a good attitude while keeping the scheduling processes on track. His efforts are validated by the quality of the homes built and the home buyer ratings/reviews received.

Production Manager of the Second Quarter: Duncan Craddock, Memphis
Duncan has been a vital component to building the team in the Memphis division. The production team, led by Duncan, has great chemistry that is immediately noticeable when seeing everyone together. This chemistry is fueled by everyone always having a good time while they are getting their work done.
“I am very pleased to see Duncan growing in his management position” general manager Michael Rogers adds, “He has earned the respect of out superintendents, trade partners and vendors.” Duncan has performed extremely well and even through supply issues, he was able to keep production rolling.
He keeps his head held high and a positive attitude while leading his Production team in our Memphis office. Duncan has been with Adams Homes since 2018 and because of his leadership, he has been named one of the Founder's Club Winners for Q2 of 2021.

Division Admin Team Member of the First Quarter: Vanessa Robinson, Greenville
Vanessa Robinson is a very valuable asset to our Greenville team and just celebrated her 10 year anniversary with Adams Homes!
Not only is she taking on the responsibility of office administration, but she also works warranty and permitting. From communication to the accuracy of her work, there’s not much Vanessa can’t do.
Vanessa has been with Adams Homes since 2011 and her manager describes her as “Always having a positive outlook and positive attitude.” He states, “She 100% deserves this award.” Because of her dedication and hard work she has been named one of the Founder's Club Winners for Q1 of 2021.

Division Admin Team Member of the Second Quarter: Brittany Windham, Birmingham
Brittany has been with Adams Homes since 2014 and is currently a Closing Coordinator in our Birmingham office. She works great with our sales team, buyers, lenders, realtors, superintendents, office staff, closing attorney and the entire management team!
Her general manager wrote, “She is also very creative and brings great, new ideas to the table. Everyone loves Brittany and she is a great team player.”
Because of these qualities, she has been named one of the Founder's Club Winners for Q2 of 2021.

Corporate Admin Team Member of the First Quarter: Courtney Golobish (Morrison), HQ
“Courtney takes her role as team lead very seriously,” her supervisor wrote. She described her work as “dedicated” and “passionate.” She is a team lead that has the largest team here, and has been able to succeed beyond what was expected because of the difficulties faced this year.
Courtney is a team favorite and does what she has to do to get the job/task done in an accurate and timely manner. Since 2013, Courtney Golobish (Morrison) has earned a reputation of being a leader here at Adams Homes.
She keeps the team on track and motivated to keep things running smoothly. Based on her hard work and positive attitude, she has been named one of the Founder's Club Winners for Q1 of 2021.

Corporate Admin Team Member of the Second Quarter: Shelley Sepulveda, HQ
Shelley is the epitome of administrative assistance here at Adams Homes. Her manager, Brian Stringfellow says, “She is willing and ready to help anyone at any time, with a smile that is infectious.” Shelley is known as the “go-to” person for all questions and issues needing immediate action.
Since 2002, Shelley Sepulveda has exemplified dedication and hard work here at Adams Homes. She caters to everyone around her with a joyous personality and high morale.
