Adams Homes Announces 3rd Quarter Founders Club winners for 2021

Each quarter, we recognize our outstanding team members for their dedication to our mission and values. Nominations for the Founders Club recognize individual team members’ passion for customer service and quality. We are proud to announce the following!

Sales Associate of the Third Quarter: Crystal Johnson, Huntsville

Known for her positivity and kind spirit, Crystal Johnson has had a successful past 3 years here at Adams Homes. She has helped many customers find their dream home in our Huntsville division and is a professional at overcoming any obstacles that are thrown her way. 

Her sales manager Jennifer Kiehn says, “Crystal’s tenacity and perseverance in follow up have proved that hard work pays off. We couldn’t be happier with her success!” She also added, “Crystal is great at daily networking and also has a vast Realtor network. She is such a valuable asset to our team.”

With that, she had been named as one of our Founder's Club Winners for Q3 of 2021.  We appreciate Crystal’s dedication to serving homebuyers and bettering her team for the past 3.5 years. Congrats Crystal!

Superintendent of the Third Quarter: James Priddy, Destin 

James has been with Adams Homes for nearly 4 years and has been such a great asset to the Destin Team and our company. James has always displayed qualities of being a top producing superintendent by being methodical in his duties, taking pride in his work, and going the distance to cover multiple areas if production.

“He works very well with others and is always willing to lend a hand to those in need,” his production manager Jeff says, “James is truly a team player and is always willing to step up to the plate to do whatever is asked of him.”

Because of his hard work and dedication he has been named one of our Founder's Club Winners for Q3 of 2021. Thank you for all you do, and congrats James! 

Sales Manager of the Third Quarter: April White, MS Gulf Coast

This is not the first time April has been nominated for the Founders Club, she was also a winner in 2020! April White is not only known for doing a great job of working with team members through the pipeline, but working well with the staff here and her great communication with her team.

April’s General Manager Sandy Richardson describes April as “an amazing, professional leader” and says she is always there for her team. When asked about April she said, “She takes a lot of pride in the quality of our homes and the service we give our buyers before and after the sale.”

She has led her Sales team in our Mississippi Gulf Coast Division and has been with Adams Homes since 2017 where she has worked her way from being an agent to broker, to now Sales Manager. Because of her leadership, she has been named one of the Founder's Club Winners for Q3 of 2021. Congrats April!

Production Manager of the Third Quarter: Carmon Harwood, Memphis

 Carmon has been a crucial part of the production team in our Memphis Division. Her efforts are validated by the quality of the homes built and the home buyer ratings and reviews received. Carmon has been with Adams Homes for a little over 2 years where she has had ample amounts of success.

The Memphis general manager Michael Rogers wrote, “Carmon has always had the vision of the ‘big picture’ and can see when we need to focus our energy and plan for success.”

Carmon is a very important part of the Memphis Divisional office and has such an eye for detail. Because of these attributes she has been named one of the Founder's Club Winners for Q3 of 2021. Congrats Carmon!

Production Manager of the Third Quarter: Robert Blanton, Springhill

 Robert Blanton is currently the production manager of the Springhill Division. Springhill is one of the largest and busiest offices of the company. Robert does a great job of making his job look effortless and his manager John Roberts says, “ No matter what task Robert is handed he makes it look easy.” 

Robert is always in good spirits and going out of his way to help his team. He has been with Adams Homes for 6 years and since starting, has always been dedicated to his work. Because of his hard work he has been named one of the Founder's Club Winners for Q3 of 2021. Congrats Robert!

Division Admin Team Member of the Third Quarter: Mary Hubbard Giesz, Tampa

 

 Mary Hubbard Giesz has done an excellent job with our Tampa divisional team.  Mary is an amazing team member that displays the ability to multitask, organize and train. She has been with Adams Homes since 2015 where she has displayed her remarkable work ethic and has gone above and beyond.

Her General Manager says, “She is always the first one in and the last one to leave” and also described her as “someone people look up to in the office.” She ensures success of the main office in Tampa by stepping up to ensure all team members get their jobs completed. Her general manager also stated, “Mary is a valuable asset that we cannot afford to lose. We are extremely happy she is a part of our successful team.”

Because of her excellent work and great attitude, she has been named one of the Founder's Club Winners for Q3 of 2021. Congrats Mary!

Corporate Admin Team Member of the Third Quarter: Markita Weaver, HQ

Since 2015, Markita Weaver has been a loyal tea member. Markita has been a valuable asset to the Adams Homes team and continues to cross train in different departments because she is always wanting to learn. Markita keeps the team on track and is very meticulous in her work.

Markita’s manager, Angelika Manning, says, “She is very thorough in all that she does to ensure the ‘right thing’ is being done and to ensure accuracy.”

She is friendly, positive and dependable, and because of this she has been named one of the Founder's Club Winners for Q3 of 2021. Congrats Markita!
