Starting your new-home purchase only requires $1,000 down as an earnest money deposit (E.M.D). Financing through a Preferred Lender streamlines your purchase and covers closing costs that can otherwise add up! Throughout the build and after, we will keep you updated on the status of your home and request feedback on the quality of your experience. This way we ensure that you receive the best care and that future buyers will benefit from the knowledge we gain from your feedback. We pride ourselves on our simplified experience and the joy that comes from providing our buyers ease of mind.
